Height: 27cm.
Excavated in Thanh Hoa, North Vietnam.
Large beige-white, grooved enamel jar with dark green and dark brown enamel, most particularly on the inside. Well fired, finely cast enamel, completely typical of the period. The state of preservation and the quality of the enamel are exceptional. For reference, see a similar jar in the collection of the "Musées Royaux d'art et histoire" of Brussels, dated by an incised inscription indicating 149 AD
